Very important question!  Since everyone has specific needs, it is best you call us so we can go over all the options and pricing.  

No way José.  The law says-no.  Our services are strictly bartending.  We bring our trailer, satellite bars, dual-beer tap, servers, garnishes, cups, ice, etc.  You provide the alcohol.  

Well, that depends on how many people are attending.  We are experts in this field and will guide you through the process.  Call us for more info.  

Hahahaha.  If you are looking for something unique and want delicious drinks, then look no further.  Alejandra Contenti, head bartender/owner, has been in the service industry for years and is always working on her craft.  Her calling has always been to create great things and making craft cocktails is just one of them!  Louis Carvajal, the other dude, built the bar from the ground up and drank many beers along the way.  He sampled all of Ale's cocktails along the way and gave his valuable input.  He also practiced his mixology skills and has turned into a pretty darn good bartender.  Believe me, these dudes are never satisfied and they are always striving to make great events.  

Hell ya!  We are an LLC and have our general liability and liquor liability insurance.  We are also TIPPS trained which is a certificate program needed in order to get insured.
